Le Mont Boron
The Mont Boron hill on the east of Nice is a unique place. Its riches are its location overlooking the Bay of Angels and at the same time being close to the city center, beaches and shops, and its
forest park. Mont Boron’s peninsular position and its altitude make it a perfect viewpoint both the Bay of Villefranche and the city of Nice. On top of Mont Boron is situated
le fort du mont Alban, built in 1560 by duke Emmanuel Philibert. You should absolutely take
« le chemin des douaniers » (« the footpath of the customs officers »), that will allow you to reach Villefranche sur Mer on foot departing from the Port of Nice. On your way you’ll admire an exceptional property with 52 doors and 190 windows!

Home to the rich and famous, Mont Boron hosts the most unusual villas like, for example,
le Château de l’Anglais (“ The Englishman's Castle”), built for an English colonel of the Indian army, or
la Résidence Haussmann, named after a famous French baron who changed Paris.
Walk down some steps, and you’ll reach
