"Benjamin Mondou, 44, has just opened an agency specializing in corporate real estate and the sale of business assets, for which the director of Century 21 Lafage Transactions, already head of seven real estate agencies located between Nice and Monaco, has partnered with Horeca Paris, led by Charles Marinakis and Bruno Marcillaud and specializing in the sale of hotels, restaurants and cafes.
Century 21 Lafage Horeca Commerces is the eighth agency of Benjamin Mondou but the first entirely dedicated to real estate business and business transfer. "Our agency Century 21 Nice Corvesy already had a department dedicated to real estate business, but the growing demand of our customers in this segment pushed us to devote an agency," says its director. Installed in 120 m2 quai Papacino, on the port of Nice, the agency Lafage Horeca Commerces is surrounded by six employees, each specialized in a specific niche: hotels, restaurants, bars, commercial premises, right to lease ... "
