INFORMATION about the change planned regarding capital gain
We wanted to inform you about the change planned regarding capital gain which has to intervene in September of this year.
The exemption for duration of detention of the real property constituting second homes, will be returned from 30 years to 22 years and should come along with an additional allowance included between 20 and 25 % on the taxable net capital gain, for all the transfers which would intervene between September 1st, 2013 and August 31st, 2014.
It is important to note that this allowance will have only a time-limited duration.
