“Up and down”. As the race title suggests, you'll have to overcome slopes before you have to descend them, and that's throughout the race! A tough but inclusive race, open to disabled athletes, seniors and young people aged 16 and over.

There will be three night-time routes starting at 5 p.m.:each to their own rhythm, the atmosphere will be just like Christmas - family-friendly and convivial!

• A 10km road race through the town of Villefranche sur Mer
• A 5km walk
• A route for children

Don't forget your Christmas bonnet and swimsuit for the traditional Christmas bath at the end of the race! A dip in 15° turquoise water - how can you resist?

This year, to mark the 20th anniversary of the Mounta Cala, the race is going into night mode, so don't forget your headlamp!
