MAGICAL CHRISTMAS ON THE FRENCH RIVIERA! MEET AT THE VILLAGE OF CHRISTMAS
Dive into the magic of Christmas in Nice.
Every year, Nice’s Christmas Market transforms the city centre into a true winter wonderland. From Friday, November 28, 2025 to Sunday, January 4, 2026, the streets, squares, and gardens are filled with lights, wooden chalets, and activities for all ages.
Set between Place Masséna and the Jardin Albert I, the market features 66 chalets or rides for a total of 70 exhibitors, spread across several themed areas: cheeses, roasted chestnuts and treats, crafts, decorations, Christmas ornaments… A visual and sensory delight, perfect for wandering around, finding artisanal gifts, or simply soaking up the holiday spirit.
What to expect

Delicious treats from savoury and sweet chalets, drink stalls, a champagne bubble, mulled wine, local specialties… The perfect spot to warm up on a winter evening.

Gifts and crafts: Christmas decorations, nativity figurines, handmade items, home décor… Plenty of ideas for your end-of-year shopping.

Activities for everyone: Santa’s house, photobooth, creative workshops, shows, music, dancing. A magical experience for both children and adults.

Just a few minutes’ drive away, you can extend the Christmas spirit at Monaco’s Christmas Village, set up on the Quai Albert I / Port Hercule, from December 5 to January 4.
On the agenda: 24 chalets, gourmet stands (gingerbread, Christmas treats…), rides, a Ferris wheel, a sled slide, Santa’s sleighs — a lovely mix of magic, flavours, and fun for both children and adults.
It’s a great complementary outing. And whichever one you choose, both events are sure to warm your heart. Perfect for a magical weekend — because you can never have too much Christmas.
