Nice International Half Marathon 2026: A Must-Attend Race on the Promenade des Anglais
The Nice International Half Marathon returns for its 34th edition on Sunday, April 19, 2026 in Nice, making it one of the largest half marathons in France. Every spring, thousands of runners gather to cover the iconic streets of the French Riviera, in a festive, sporty, and welcoming atmosphere.
The main event, of course, is the 21.1 km half marathon, perfect for experienced runners or anyone looking to challenge themselves on a flat, wide, and fast coastal route along the famous Promenade des Anglais.
But the half marathon is not the only option:
10 km – an accessible race on the same route as the Prom’Classic, known as one of the fastest courses in France.
5 km – a fun distance, ideal for beginners or regular runners, on an out-and-back loop along the Promenade des Anglais.
Family Relay – a friendly race open to family teams (3 to 5 people, with at least one child and one adult), held the day before the main race.
Beyond sporting performance, the event is also charitable: €1 from each registration is donated to the Food Bank of Alpes-Maritimes, supporting an important local cause.
