Grand Concours Halloween” local game
Game rules
ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY
CENTURY 21 Lafage Transactions (hereinafter referred to as “the organizing company”), a simplified joint stock company with capital of 209,000 euros SIREN 478 261 233 RCS NICE, headquartered in Nice (06300), 2 bld Maurice Maeterlinck, represented by Mr Benjamin MONDOU, manager, is organizing a drawing contest from October 11 to October 31, 2024 entitled “Grand Concours Halloween” and referred to hereinafter as the “Local Contest”, under the conditions defined below.
ARTICLE 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation in the Local Game is free and without obligation to purchase.
Participation in the Local Game is open to all individuals between the ages of 2 and 15 (15 years of age on the day of registration).
The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Local Game:
- corporate officers, partners and employees (any person with a direct or indirect, permanent or temporary employment contract with the organizing company).
- in general, all persons having collaborated in the conception, organization, realization and/or management of the Local Game as well as the members of their close family (spouse, children, brothers and sisters up to and including the 6th degree).
- CENTURY 21 agency staff and their immediate family (spouse, children, brothers and sisters up to and including the 6th degree), as well as sales agents working with CENTURY 21 agencies.
The organizing company reserves the right to verify the validity of the participation of the persons registered and in particular the accuracy of the information provided by the participant at the time of registration (such as first or last name, home address or telephone number). This is in order to exclude, at any time and without prior notice, any person who has given false information, committed any form of abuse or adopted a disloyal attitude with regard to this prize draw and its operation.
ARTICLE 3 - REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Registration” to become a participant:
Persons wishing to participate in the local Contest must go to one of the organizing company's offices located in NICE (06300) 1 rue Bonaparte and all Lafage Transactions agencies from Nice to Beaulieu sur Mer and register using a drawing created by the participating child, completing at least the following information on the back of the drawing:
- First name
- Parents' cell phone number
- Parents' e-mail address
Then agree to take part in the Game and accept the present rules.
A “registration” will automatically enter the local Game.
Any entry form containing incomplete or illegible contact details will be considered invalid.
ARTICLE 4 - CONTEST WINNER
The winner of the competition will be decided by a jury of 3 members of the organizing company. Each participating drawing will receive a score from 0 to 10 (10 being the highest score) and the drawing with the most points will be the winner. The winner will be announced on October 31, 2024 on the premises of the organizing agency at 1 rue Bonaparte, Nice (06300), in the presence of the people who participated in the local Game.
In order to inform participants, the first name and the nature of the prize won will be published in the window of the organizing company for a period of fifteen (15) days following the results.
The winner authorizes the inclusion of his/her surname, first name, photo, town and/or department of residence on any media deemed useful by the organizing company, without the winner being entitled to claim any compensation other than the prize.
The organizing company reserves the right to shorten, extend, postpone, modify or cancel the contest in the event of exceptional circumstances (force majeure).
ARTICLE 5 - PRIZES
Prizes to be won in the “Drawing competition” local game:
- A Halloween-themed gift worth €15
- Individual bags of candy for all participants
ARTICLE 6 - PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner will receive his/her prize on the day the results are announced, and must collect it from the organizing company's premises against a receipt.
If the winner is absent at the time of the draw, he/she will be contacted by e-mail (in accordance with the contact details provided in the registration form) within seven (7) days of being drawn, to inform him/her that he/she has won and that he/she has thirty (30) days from the date the e-mail was sent to collect his/her prize from the premises of the organizing company.
Should the winner fail to collect his/her prize within thirty (30) days, he/she will be deemed to have purely and simply renounced his/her prize. The prize will not be reallocated and may under no circumstances be claimed at a later date. It will remain the property of the organizing company.
The prize is nominative and may not be awarded to any person other than the winner, except in the case of unfair participation, in which case the prize will be forfeited.
The winner expressly agrees to be photographed when receiving his/her prize, and authorizes the organizing company to publish the photos in its shop window, on the CENTURY 21 brand websites, on social networks and all other media, without the winner being able to request any financial compensation or other rights or benefits.
ARTICLE 7 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in the “Grand Concours Halloween” local game constitutes full acceptance of all the clauses of these rules.
ARTICLE 8 - PERSONAL DATA
Participants are hereby informed that the organizing company, as the data controller, automatically processes the personal data of participants.
Participants freely and knowingly authorize the organizing company to collect their personal data when they participate in the “Grand Concours Halloween” local game.
The personal data collected and processed by the organizing company will be used for the following purposes: participation in the “Grand Concours Halloween” local game and, where applicable, the awarding of prizes.
The organizing company is the sole recipient of the data.
Subject to their express consent, the information collected on participants may be used by the organizing company to regularly inform parents about the real estate market and the services it offers.
In accordance with current legislation, participants have a right of access, rectification, portability, deletion, limitation and opposition to the processing of data concerning them and the right to withdraw their consent at any time, which they may exercise by contacting the headquarters of the organizing company at the following address:

Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities, in particular the CNIL.
Lastly, participants are informed that if they do not wish to be the subject of commercial canvassing by telephone, they have the right to oppose telephone canvassing by entering their landline or mobile telephone numbers on the free opposition list accessible via the www.bloctel.gouv.fr website.
ARTICLE 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The organizing company cannot be held responsible for any loss or deterioration of data relating to a participant's registration that may be caused by any equipment or program associated with the organization or used in the organization of the contest.
The organizing company shall not be held liable for any damage that the winner may suffer as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize to be won.
ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
The present rules are subject to French law.
Any dispute relating to the application or interpretation of these rules will be settled out of court. Failing agreement between the parties, the matter will be referred to the competent French courts.
