A healthy mind in a healthy company. That is perhaps the best way to summarize Patricia’s philosophy. An athlete at heart, passionate about running since the age of ten, and an organizer of major sporting events, Patricia never does things halfway.
"I can’t go a single day without exercising. It’s part of who I am."
Today, she brings that same energy to Century 21 Lafage Transactions—not as a sales negotiator, but as someone dedicated to caring for those who are. Her title, Happiness Manager, perfectly reflects her mission: ensuring that workplace well-being is never treated as an option.
Lunchtime fitness classes, Wednesday evening running sessions, pétanque tournaments, charity events… “Sport provides exceptional physical and mental well-being. If we can offer that to our teams, why would we do without it?”
For Patricia, sport is a true school of life. It teaches us how to handle pressure, overcome challenges, and find a breath of fresh air through effort and perseverance.
Beyond her role within the company, she is also the driving force behind Les Marinières en Rose, a charitable event whose proceeds help fund supportive care for women undergoing cancer treatment at the CHPG in Monaco. The fifth edition will take place on October 3rd and 4th.
For Patricia, every finish line is simply the start of a new journey.
