Seafood, freshly sliced Iberian ham, ceviche, Niçoise specialties, live-cooking stations featuring hot dishes, as well as Indian and Thai influences—the restaurant’s signature philosophy is evident throughout: a journey of flavors without ever leaving your seat.
For dessert, Pastry Chef Lucas Simoncini presents a buffet of 15 to 20 creations, where beloved French classics sit alongside more daring and contemporary offerings. The XXL floating island and the live-cooking homemade waffle station provide the perfect finishing touch, winning over even the most hesitant guests.
