As long summer evenings bathe Provence in their golden light, the Domaine du Mas de Pierre transforms into an enchanting setting where the Provençal art of living comes into its own. Welcome to the Garden Parties.
Nestled among centuries-old olive trees and twinkling fairy lights, the atmosphere is distinctly retro-chic—elegant, timeless, and effortlessly refined. The fragrances of the local terroir mingle with the softness of warm summer nights. The Mas de Pierre reveals another side of itself: more intimate, more festive. A side that only emerges after sunset, when the gardens glow and the magic begins.
The Chef takes center stage, turning live cooking into a spectacle. Fish is grilled over the brasero, prime cuts of meat are seared over open flames, and truffle risotto is prepared inside a wheel of Parmesan cheese before guests' eyes.
Then comes the seafood station, overflowing with oysters and shellfish, where guests naturally linger. And, of course, no evening would be complete without the dessert workshop, featuring ice cream and waffle carts that provide the perfect sweet finale.
Meanwhile, the orchestra plays. Music drifts through the olive groves on the evening breeze. Conversations come alive, glasses are raised, and the wines of the South flow generously. Guests wander from one food station to another, stroll through the gardens, return for another taste, and settle in once again. Time seems to slow down.
