Local game “Win an ATV”
Rules of the game
ARTICLE 1 - ORGANISING COMPANY
The CENTURY 21 Network is the sponsor of the Prix de la Combativité and the official supplier of the Tour de France Femme.
CENTURY 21 Lafage Transactions (hereinafter referred to as the "organising company"), a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 209,000 euros SIREN 478 261,233 RCS NICE, with its registered office in Nice (06300), 2 bld Maurice Maeterlinck, represented by Benjamin MONDOU, organizes, as part of this partnership, a Local Game with draw from 1 to 31 July 2023 entitled «Win an ATV», under the conditions defined below.
ARTICLE 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
Participation in the local Win a ATV Game is free and free of charge.
Participation in the Local Game “Win a ATV” is open to any person of full age (18 years of age or older on the day of registration).
The following persons may not participate in the Local Game:
- corporate officers, partners and employees (any person bound by a direct or indirect, permanent or temporary employment contract with the organising company).
- Generally, all persons who have collaborated in the design, organization, implementation and/or management of the local Game and their immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings up to and including the 6th degree).
- staff of CENTURY 21 agencies and their immediate family (spouse, children, siblings up to and including 6th degree), as well as commercial agents working with CENTURY 21 agencies.
- staff working in a network or independent real estate agency, their managers or agents.
The organising company reserves the right to carry out any verification of the validity of the participation of the registered persons and in particular, the accuracy of the information provided during the registration by the participant (such as surname or first name or home address or telephone number). This, in order to exclude, at any time and without notice, any person who has given false information, committed any abuse or adopted an unfair attitude with regard to the present draw and its functioning.
ARTICLE 3 - REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Registration” to become a participant:
Those wishing to take part in the local game «Win a mountain bike» will have to go to the premises of the organising company located in NICE (06300) 2 Bd Maurice Maeterlinck and all Lafage Transactions agencies from Nice to Beaulieu sur Mer and register using the form provided to them by completing at least the following information:
- Civility
- First and last name
- Residential address
- Mobile phone number
- Email address
Then agree to participate in the Game and accept these rules.
A “Sign Up” will be used to automatically enter into the local “Win an ATV” draw.
Entries containing incomplete or illegible contact information will be considered void.
ARTICLE 4 - ALLOCATIONS
Local Game Prize with “Win an ATV” draw:
- a mountain bike created specifically for CENTURY 21 Sponsor of the Prix de la Combativité and Official Partner of the Tour de France de Femme, worth 282 euros excluding tax.
ARTICLE 5 - DRAWING LOTS
The draw will be made on August 1, 2023 at the offices of the participating agencies (13 avenue Sadi Carnot in Villefranche sur Mer (06230), 6 rue Alexandre Mari in Nice (06000), 25 Promenade des anglais in Nice (06000) and 52 Bd de Cimiez in Nice (06000), in the presence of available people who participated in the local Game.
In order to inform the participants, the first and first letter of the winner’s name, the city of the place of residence and the nature of the prize will be published on the website and in the shop window of the organising company for a period of thirty (30) days following the draw.
As part of the benefit of his endowment, the winner authorizes the inlay of his name, first name, photo, city and/or department of residence on all media deemed useful by the organizing company without being able to claim any consideration other than the delivery of its lot.
The organising company reserves the right to shorten, extend, postpone, modify or cancel the draw if exceptional circumstances so require (force majeure cases).
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY OF LOTS
The winner will receive their prize within two (2) weeks of the draw, and will have to collect the prize against a discharge at the organisation’s premises.
In the event of the winner’s absence during the draw, the winner will be contacted by email (according to the contact details indicated in the registration form) within seven (7) days. days after having been drawn by lot in order to inform him that he has won and that he has a period of thirty (30) days from the sending of the email to come and collect against discharge his lot in the premises of the organising company.
n the event that the winner has not withdrawn his prize within thirty (30) days, he will be considered to have simply renounced his prize. The lot will not be reallocated and under no circumstances can it be claimed later. It will remain the property of the organising company.
The lot is nominative, it cannot be attributed to anyone other than the one drawn at random, unless an unfair participation, in which case, the lot will be lost.
The winner expressly agrees to be photographed, when his lot is handed over, and authorises the organising company to publish the photos in his window, on the sites of the CENTURY 21 brand, on social networks and all media without the winner being able to request financial consideration or other rights or benefits.
ARTICLE 7 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION
The only participation in the Local Game "Win an ATV" is full acceptance of all the provisions of these rules.
ARTICLE 8 - PERSONAL DATA
The participants are informed that the organising company, as controller, carries out automated processing of the participants' personal data.
Participants authorise the organising company, in a free and informed manner, to collect personal data concerning them during their participation in the Local Game «Win an ATV».
The purpose of the personal data collected and processed by the organising company is to participate in the Local Game with a "Win an ATV" draw and, if applicable, to award the prize.
The organising company is the only recipient of the data.
This data is transmitted to Century 21 France for game management.
Subject to their express consent, the information collected about the participants may be used by the organising company to inform them regularly about the real estate market and the services it offers.
In accordance with the legislation in force, the participants have a right of access, rectification, portability, erasure, limitation and opposition to the processing of their data and the right to withdraw their consent at any time, which they may exercise at the registered office of the organising company at the following address:

Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities, in particular the CNIL.
Finally, participants are informed that if they do not wish to be the subject of commercial prospection by telephone, the right to object to telephone canvassing by entering their fixed or mobile telephone numbers on the free opposition list available at www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
ARTICLE 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The organising company shall not be held liable for any loss or deterioration of the data relating to the registration of a participant which would be caused by any equipment or programme associated with the organisation or used in the organisation of the drawing.
The organising company cannot be held responsible for any damage that the winner may suffer in connection with the use and/or enjoyment of the prize to be won.
ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
This Regulation is subject to French law.
Any dispute concerning the application or interpretation of this Regulation shall be settled amicably. In the absence of agreement between the parties, it shall be brought before the competent French courts.
